RETURN POLICY

Your local manypetproducts store will gladly accept the return of your petco.com order within 60 days of the initial shipment date.

Before returning merchandise to a manypetproducts store, print your receipt. Please have your order details handy. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the listed store price or allowed to exchange the product for something else.

If you received an incorrect item or are requesting a refund of shipping charges due to a petco.com error, please contact Customer Service. Personalized items and prescription food cannot be returned to a store.

Exchanges can be made at any manypetproducts store location. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your “Returns to Store Receipt.”

Orders placed online using your PayPal account may be returned to any manypetproducts store for a refund on your credit card or may be exchanged.

Orders placed on Amazon may be returned to a manypetproducts store for merchandise credit only or may be exchanged.

For returns made after 60 days, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the paid price or allowed to exchange the product for something else.

Purchases made online using your PayPal account may be returned for a merchandise credit or may be exchanged.

Return by mail

manypetproducts orders can also be returned by mail within 60 days to one of our warehouse/fulfillment centers. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received.

At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item.

Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account and returned to a petco.com warehouse will be applied back to your PayPal account.

Merchandise credit will be emailed to the account owner for returns made after 60 days to our warehouse.
